Our autonomous control system, Selenium, enables vehicles to understand their environment. Caesium is our cloud-based fleet management system, which schedules and co-ordinates fleets of autonomous vehicles.
Oxbotica’s mission is to enable our customers to access, customise and integrate the world’s leading mobile autonomy IP into their own products.
Oxbotica was founded in 2014 and is based in Oxford, England.

CEO
Graeme has substantial experience in delivering complex products and services from research and development through to customer launch—primarily in the automotive sector. He has previously worked at Ford and Connexis.
Paul Newman
FOUNDER
Paul is Principal Investigator at the University of Oxford’s Oxford Robotics Institute. His focus is on pushing the boundaries of navigation and autonomy techniques, in both endurance and scale.
Ingmar Posner
FOUNDER
Ingmar is an Associate Professor in Information Engineering at the University of Oxford. He leads the perception and planning work within the Oxford Robotics Institute at the University of Oxford.
Kevin Allington
COO
Kevin brings extensive operations management experience in delivering complex technology and software solutions across a range of industries. He spent 11 years at NaturalMotion as a member of the executive team.
Ben Upcroft
VP TECHNOLOGY
Ben has extensive experience in developing perception systems for field robotics, ranging from commercial passenger vehicles and all-terrain vehicles to underwater platforms and unmanned aerial vehicles. Before joining Oxbotica, Ben was a Professor in Computer Vision and Robotics at the Queensland University of Technology in Australia.
Marta Ostroumoff

Marta joined Oxbotica after building her career managing finance and accounts for a variety of successful businesses. She is ACCA qualified with BSc(Hons) in Business. Previously a Head of Finance at Prodrive, Marta has significant experience dealing with the financial challenges of running a business.
